Returns & Exchanges:

• Time frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of your order fulfillment date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged in their original packaging with tags still attached. Initial try-on over light clothing or clean skin to avoid deodorant, perfume, or residue.

Final Sale Items:

The following items are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Arch Booster Sock
• Ankle Guard Sock

Where to Start: Visit our Return Portal to begin your return or exchange. The link to our Portal will be in your order confirmation email.

Handling Fee (for returns): A $12 return shipping & processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This includes a prepaid shipping label.

Exchange Fee: $8 per exchange. This includes a prepaid shipping label for exchange.

• Return/Exchange Limit: Only one exchange/return will be permitted per item ordered.
• Exchange Processing: Exchange orders will be processed after we receive and inspect your return.
• Refunds: Once your return is delivered and inspected, refunds will be processed within a week. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Labels Required: You must use our provided return shipping label. If another shipping method is used, we won’t be able to process your return or exchange.

Ship Within 3 Days: Once you receive your return label, please ship your item(s) back within 3 days.

Defective or Damaged Items:

• To qualify for a return or exchange, defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and the report must include photos or videos of the item. Please email us at hello@forme.science with your order details.
